Jumpstart.

On New Year's eve, I was sick. I suffered from a really bad headache. But I didn't allow that headache spoil my new year's eve. I grabbed the lighter from the kitchen, went outside the porch and grabbed some firecrackers. I went outside, it was really cold. But still, the thought of my being sick on new year's eve will make me horrible, so I just forget about that headache and indulged myself with the magnificent fireworks in the sky and lighted then quickly threw those firecrackers. I don't want to get back to school with a finger missing. Who wants that? No one. The sky was illuminated with colorful fireworks shimmering in the dark sheets of the last midnight of year 2007. I'll be sorry if I just let myself inside the house with everyone enjoying the bangs and booms made by the firecrackers. Morning of January 1, we quickly prepared all the foods to be brought at Nanay's house. It is a family tradition to get together at Nanay's and bring some food for the rest of the family to enjoy. Also, we have this annual gift-giving. For several years, we had it through raffle, and for this year, each member of the family tried their luck through playing bingo. It was really fun. I would have been more than sorry if I didn't attend.

We actually forgot about the time. Everyone was having a great time. Hoping that the missing number for their bingo card would be called, everyone was anticipating for bringing home the prizes. I must say the prizes are awesome!Those are the prizes at the table and my bingo card. There are packs of yummy popcorn, gift cheques worth 500 and a thousand, 1000 and 500 pesos, wines, a coffee maker, microwavable pans with food stuffs included, a huge pack of Ferrero Rocher, a pack of Toblerone and what else...I forgot some of the stuffs. Who wouldn't want to win in any of the games?
That's my card. I'm just a number away from that 1000 bucks! Well, it isn't my lucky day, I haven't got any of the prizes, so sad. But that's okay, the fun we had can never be as worthy as those prizes. After the games, we just ate ad planned to go to Global Fun-Mall of Asia together. But it's New year so we assumed that there will be loads of people in there. So we came to the decision not to go. Just some other time, I guess. And it isn't the perfect time for me to go and try those rides for myself. I'm still sick.

On the 2nd day of the year, we cleaned up the entire house and kept all the christmas decors. You can't see any traces of Christmas inside the house. Then I just got some rest, and finally recovered from that fever.

And today, everyone here is back on business. I browsed on my school stuffs to refresh my mind about school, so I don't get in any trouble when the classes resume. Then I got another thing to do for Titio Joel. I got another designing project from Luna Design. This time I will have to reinvent those designed plates, do some sketches of it and paint those design on the plates. Yey.
